Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://srarmstrongenterprises.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. SR Armstrong Enterprises reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, SR Armstrong Enterprises markets and arranges Masonry Services, Concrete Driveways, Concrete Patios, Plumbing Repair, Electrical Service, Landscaping. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. SR Armstrong Enterprises (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. SR Armstrong Enterprises may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SR Armstrong Enterprises makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, SR Armstrong Enterprises's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold SR Armstrong Enterprises harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
